Notice a kid being well-behaved? – Tell their parents how good they are while the kid is standing

Take a box of hats, gloves, and scarves to a school for kids who need something warm

Buy a copy of your favorite book and donate it to your local library or hospital

Befriend the lonely person

Organise a group of friends to do yard work for a neighbour who is unable to do it themselves

Bake cookies for your postman/post woman

Drop coins on the sidewalk for someone else to find

Take homemade popsicles to construction workers or anyone else working in the heat

Avoid gossip – No need to spread any negativity

Be empathetic – Really try to put yourself in the other person’s shoes

Reuse paper when you are drawing

Help a mother carry her baby stroller up the subway stairs, or hold a door open for her

Each time you get a new item of clothing, give away something old

Write a thank you card to thank your partner for all of the little things s/he does for you that you

Tell your partner how amazingly “hot” they are

Read an article about something your partner is interested in, and have a fun conversation about it
